Disney Cruise Line will resume sailings from New York City in late September 2027 with the Disney Wish as the homeported ship, according to 102.9 WMGK. The company has scheduled seven voyages ranging from four to seven nights departing from the port.
Voyage Destinations and Lengths
These seven fall voyages from New York City will primarily visit Bermuda, New England, and Canada’s Atlantic coast. Five cruises will call on Bermuda, with three offering extended stays on the island. The cruises will last between four and seven nights, providing a range of options for travelers.
Bermuda and Canadian Atlantic Coast Ports
Bermuda, known for its pink sand beaches and cultural attractions,
will be featured on five sailings, with three including additional time ashore for exploration. The New England and Atlantic Canada itineraries will feature stops at Boston, Massachusetts; St. John, New Brunswick; and Halifax, Nova Scotia. These autumn sailings allow guests to enjoy seasonal fall foliage unique to these regions.
Special Itinerary and Booking Details
A special five-night cruise will also depart from New York City, traveling to San Juan, Puerto Rico, with a Bermuda stop en route. Booking for select Disney Cruise Line Castaway Club members begins on August 31, 2026, while the general public can make reservations starting September 8, 2026.

vice president and general manager of Disney Cruise Line Operations, said the return to New York reinforces the company’s commitment to expanding family vacation options and creating memorable experiences. The homeport return follows the Disney Wish’s inaugural European season and marks Disney Cruise Line’s first return to New England and Canada’s Atlantic coast in nearly four years.
New York City has historically been a favored departure point for Disney cruises, and this return will provide Northeast families new access to Disney’s onboard offerings combined with destinations featuring fall scenery, cultural richness, and beach environments.
