MGallery Collection, part of Accor’s boutique hotel portfolio, and family-owned Colossos SA have signed an agreement to develop the first MGallery Collection hotel on Rhodes island, Greece. The adults-only resort, located in the Kallithea area, is under construction and scheduled to open in Spring 2027. Each of the 222 guestrooms, suites, and bungalows will offer panoramic views of the Aegean Sea.

The architectural design features a ten-storey main building with a spiral silhouette that ensures sea views from every room. This structure is surrounded by private pool bungalows and suites, with a total of 50 secluded pools throughout the resort.

The design draws inspiration from Rhodes’s Medieval City and Island of Knights heritage, blending contemporary elegance with the local cultural legacy.

Dining facilities will include one fine dining restaurant, four specialty restaurants, and several bars including a signature cocktail bar. Wellbeing amenities feature a 1,100 square meter spa with an indoor pool and hydromassage pool, offering treatments developed in partnership with Swiss skincare brands Valmont and Swiss Perfection. Additional guest facilities include an outdoor fitness center, exercise routes, along with tennis and padel courts.

MGallery’s CEO, Maud Bailly, stated that MGallery Rhodes “captures the essence of Rhodes beautifully,” reflecting what

guests seek in contemporary luxury travel. Colossos SA emphasized the investment’s strategic importance, expressing their vision for Rhodes hospitality focused on quality, aesthetics, international partnerships, and distinctive experiences.

MGallery Rhodes is the sixth MGallery property in Greece, joining locations in Athens, Crete, Mykonos, and Samos. This development is part of MGallery’s selective expansion strategy in Greece, enhancing its presence in culturally rich, high-demand destinations and boosting Rhodes’ competitiveness as a world-class destination.

The project incorporates sustainable and environmentally conscious practices, including investments in renewable energy, aligning with Accor’s leadership in responsible luxury hospitality. This new hotel aims to balance high-end

tourism growth with the ecological stewardship of Rhodes’ natural environment.
