MGallery Collection, part of Accor’s boutique portfolio, and Colossos SA, a leading family-owned hospitality company on Rhodes, have signed an agreement to develop the first MGallery Collection hotel in Rhodes, located in the Kallithea area. The adults-only property is under construction with an opening scheduled for Spring 2027.

Design and Architecture Inspired by Rhodes Heritage

The resort features a ten-storey building with a distinctive spiral silhouette designed to provide uninterrupted Aegean Sea views from each of the 222 guestrooms, suites, and private pool bungalows. Its design embraces organic forms, curved lines, and natural materials to harmonize with Rhodes’ architectural heritage and landscape, inspired by the island’s Medieval

City.

Privacy, Pools, Dining and Guest Experience

This sophisticated adults-only retreat places strong emphasis on privacy and tranquility, offering 50 secluded pools throughout the resort. Guests will enjoy private pool suites and dining options including one fine dining venue and four specialty restaurants serving Mediterranean and international cuisine. Several bars including a signature cocktail bar will offer panoramic sea views.

Wellness and Sports Facilities

The 1,100 square meter wellness area includes an indoor pool, hydromassage pool, and advanced skincare treatments developed in partnership with Swiss brands Valmont and Swiss Perfection. Additional amenities include an outdoor fitness center, dedicated exercise routes, tennis courts, and padel courts.

Sustainability and Strategic Hospitality Partnerships

The development incorporates investments in

renewable energy and environmentally conscious practices, aligning with Accor’s leadership in sustainability. Colossos SA aims to deliver high-quality, international partnerships and unique hospitality experiences with this project, strengthening Rhodes’ position as a world-class tourism destination. MGallery’s expansion in Greece now includes six hotels across Athens, Crete, Mykonos, Rhodes, and the upcoming property in Samos.

Maud Bailly, CEO of Sofitel Legend, Sofitel, MGallery & Emblems, said: “MGallery is a collection of hotels with stories rooted in their destinations, and the hotel we are developing in Rhodes captures the essence of Rhodes beautifully.
