Four Seasons Hotel Mykonos officially opened in July 2026 above Kalo Livadi Bay on Mykonos, Greece. The property is a joint venture between Four Seasons and AGC Equity Partners and was designed by Greek architect Nicos Valsamakis to reflect Mykonian village style while preserving the natural environment.

Accommodations and Facilities

The hotel is situated on six hectares (15 acres) and features 94 accommodations, including rooms, suites, and villas. Many of the villas come with private plunge pools. The property includes a private beach and two infinity pools overlooking the Aegean Sea.

Dining Options

Guests can choose among four restaurants and bars offering sea-view dining experiences

ranging from casual to lively atmospheres. Each venue provides panoramic views enhancing the island experience.

Wellness and Fitness Amenities

The spa encompasses seven treatment rooms, an outdoor spa pavilion, and a thermal circuit featuring a sauna, steam room, and vitality pool. A 24-hour Fitness Centre includes an outdoor spinning studio and a sea-view Fitness Pavilion for yoga and stretching. Personal trainers are available for customized fitness sessions.

Guest Services and Activities

Four Seasons Mykonos offers curated day trips showcasing local island attractions. Shuttle and private transportation services connect guests to Chora (Mykonos Town), approximately 20 minutes away by road.

Events and Weddings

The hotel provides indoor and outdoor event spaces accommodating

up to 200 guests. A secluded hillside chapel overlooking the beach is available for weddings, with receptions hosted at the Álef restaurant.

Transport Links and Connections

Transfers between Four Seasons Hotel Mykonos and Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens can be arranged by boat in three hours, plane in 30 minutes, or helicopter in 20 minutes. The hotel also provides shuttle and private transport to Chora.

Management Statements

Rainer Stampfer, Four Seasons President of Global Operations, described the hotel as introducing “a new expression of luxury on one of the Mediterranean’s most iconic islands,” and highlighted the partnership with AGC Equity Partners for preserving the environment

alongside Greek hospitality and Four Seasons service.

Ryan Grande, General Manager, said the property “captures the authentic charm that makes this island so unique,” and offers guests the choice to unwind or explore at their own pace.
