Disney Cruise Line will resume sailings from New York City starting late September 2027 with its ship Disney Wish. Seven voyages ranging from four to seven nights are planned, marking the line’s return to the port after nearly four years.
Bermuda Sailings Include Extended Stays
The itinerary includes five cruises to Bermuda, three of which will feature extended stays. These voyages present opportunities for families to explore Bermuda’s distinctive pink sand beaches and vibrant culture.
Return to New England and Atlantic Canada for Fall 2027
Disney Wish will call at Boston, Massachusetts; St. John, New Brunswick; and Halifax, Nova Scotia during the autumn season. This marks Disney Cruise Line’s first return to New England and
Canada’s Atlantic coast in nearly four years and offers travelers scenic fall foliage views.
A special five-night cruise departing from New York City will sail to San Juan, Puerto Rico, including a stop in Bermuda. This voyage links Disney’s seasonal offerings across the Atlantic and Caribbean from the iconic NYC departure point.
Booking access for the seven New York sailings opens early to Disney Cruise Line Castaway Club members on August 31, 2026, with general public reservations starting September 8, 2026.
The return to New York follows Disney Treasure’s christening in the city in November 2024. Disney Wish will arrive
post its inaugural European season, while the new Disney Believe ship is scheduled to debut in late 2027.
Tracy Wilson, senior vice president and general manager of Disney Cruise Line Operations, noted the New York return reinforces the company’s commitment to expanding family vacation options and delivering memorable experiences.
The Disney Wish voyages from New York will combine Disney character encounters, world-class entertainment, and family-friendly dining with chance to visit Bermuda, New England, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Sailing from New York offers a gateway to eastern North American destinations during the picturesque fall season.
