East Midlands Railway has cut intercity train services indefinitely due to reliability issues with the new Class 810 Aurora trains introduced in December 2025. Passengers affected by cancellations can travel on alternative services or request refunds.

More than 100 flights were canceled at Newark Liberty International Airport on July 21, 2026, due to severe thunderstorms. Passengers faced long delays including extended time on planes, with some waiting over seven hours.

Delta Air Lines will begin nonstop flights from Los Angeles to Manila starting March 28, 2027, initially three times weekly and moving to daily by June. The route will operate on Airbus A350-900 aircraft with access to Delta One Lounges at LAX.
