Pattaya Land announced on October 20, 2026, the Lost Pattaya Land hotel with 49 luxury suites near Pattaya’s Walking Street. Each suite includes a private jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, karaoke lounge, and golf simulator or private cinema.

Hotel101 Global Holdings Corp. will build a 750-room hotel in Greater Cairo, marking its first African venture. The project, valued at approximately EGP 5.465 billion, targets completion in 2029 near the Giza Pyramids.

IHG Hotels & Resorts has opened over 1,000 hotels in Europe after adding 210 in three years. The company has more than 280 properties in development across the region.
