UAE citizens and residents with a valid Emirates ID can nominate up to five overseas guests through the official Visit Dubai platform, though rewards are limited to a maximum of three packages per participant. Once eligible visitors arrive in Dubai within the designated
travel window, the resident nominator receives reward packages that may feature hotel accommodations, dining discounts, attraction entry tickets, and lifestyle experiences.

The initiative specifically targets visitor arrivals from India, one of Dubai’s largest tourism source markets. Indian travelers must adhere to existing UAE entry rules, including obtaining the necessary tourist visa or qualifying for visa-on-arrival provisions.
