Accor has finalized an agreement to operate the Novotel Jaipur Achrol Resort & Spa, a 150-room property under development by Anvi Carnations Hotel and Resorts LLP in Achrol, Rajasthan, India, along the Delhi–Jaipur corridor. The resort is scheduled to open in 2031 and will feature private balconies for all guestrooms. Facilities at the resort will include an all-day dining restaurant, a lobby lounge bar, a swimming pool, a spa, and a fitness center.

Event Facilities and Connectivity

The resort will offer approximately 1,000 square meters of banquet and meeting space designed to support weddings, social celebrations, MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions) events, corporate

offsites, and leisure stays. Located in proximity to Jaipur city and Jaipur International Airport, the property provides easy access to local attractions such as Amer Fort, Jaigarh Fort, Nahargarh Fort, and the Aravalli Hills. Accor currently operates 77 hotels across India and South Asia under various brands, including Novotel.

Strategic Expansion for Leisure and Events

The signing agreement reflects Accor’s strategy to expand in locations with enduring potential for leisure tourism and events. Achrol has shown increased demand for facilities catering to destination weddings, social occasions, and business gatherings. The partnership with Anvi Carnations Hotel and Resorts LLP aims to introduce the Novotel brand to the

area to address these market needs.

Brand Approach and Portfolio Growth

Novotel Jaipur Achrol Resort & Spa will operate following Novotel’s Longevity Everyday approach, focusing on four pillars: Eat, Sleep, Move, and Meet. This addition aligns with Accor India & South Asia’s ongoing development plans to grow its hotel portfolio across luxury, premium, midscale, and economy segments in the region.
