Palladium Hotel Group reported increased demand from U.S. travelers across its portfolio of more than 40 hotels and 13,000 rooms in nine countries during late 2026. The U.S. remains the group’s top source market in the Americas, the third largest in Europe, and second largest in Spain, according to Breaking Travel News.

Growth in Americas Driven by All-Inclusive Resorts

In the Americas, U.S. visitors represent roughly 30% of Palladium Hotel Group’s business, with average daily rates rising 4% year over year. The group’s portfolio includes all-inclusive resorts in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, and Brazil, featuring family-friendly and adults-only options under brands like Grand Palladium Hotels &

Resorts and TRS Hotels.

Consumer research from Skift indicates that 87% of U.S. and Canadian travelers have considered all-inclusive vacations, with nearly 60% more likely to select this type of trip now compared to five years ago. The data also shows increased demand for personalization, wellness, and premium experiences combined with the value and convenience of all-inclusive models.

U.S. Demand and Spending Rise in Spain and Balearic Islands

Demand from U.S. guests at Palladium properties in Spain expanded by 6% year over year, with average daily rates increasing 5% year to date. The Balearic Islands posted a notable 13% increase in ADR from U.S. travelers over the same period.

National

statistics from TurEspaña point to a 9.5% growth in U.S. arrivals to Spain during the first half of 2026, alongside a 17.6% rise in tourism spending reaching €5.85 billion. These figures reflect greater value captured from U.S. visitors compared to visitor volume growth alone.

Major Investment in Ibiza and New Direct Flight Route

Palladium Hotel Group is investing over €90 million in The Site Ibiza, a luxury development featuring two five-star hotels and dedicated spaces for gastronomy, wellness, and entertainment. The project includes BLESS Ibiza The Site, a 461-room property designed by Spanish interior designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán, and The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel, an adults-only venue with immersive entertainment options.

The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel houses Europe’s first Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen restaurant, launched in June 2025 through a partnership with Gordon Ramsay Restaurants. Average stays by U.S. travelers at Palladium properties last about five nights.

A new direct flight route between New York and Ibiza is scheduled to begin ahead of 2027, expected to improve access and contribute to additional growth in U.S. arrivals to the island.

Expansion in Spain and Entry into New York Market

Palladium Hotel Group recently opened BLESS Barcelona, a five-star luxury hotel with 119 rooms located in Plaça de Catalunya, close to Passeig de Gràcia and key cultural attractions. The property offers a rooftop

pool and La Pajarera Sky Lounge.

Only YOU Hotel New York will mark Palladium’s debut in the Americas. Positioned on 45th Street in Manhattan near Broadway and Times Square, this hotel will feature personalized service, distinctive design, and locally influenced gastronomy. Only YOU Hotels currently operate in Madrid, Valencia, Málaga, and Seville, with plans to expand further including the forthcoming New York opening.
