Allegiant Air is expanding its Tampa Bay service with two new nonstop routes scheduled to begin in November 2026. The airline plans to launch flights from St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport and Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport to destinations in Georgia and New Hampshire, respectively.

New Allegiant Routes and Fare Details

Service from St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport to Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport in Georgia will commence on November 15, 2026. Allegiant has announced introductory one-way fares starting at $39 for this Savannah route. Flights connecting Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport with Portsmouth International Airport at Pease in New Hampshire will start on November 23, 2026, offering Sarasota-area travelers a direct link

to New England.

Allegiant’s Focus on Smaller Markets and Nonstop Flights

These routes are part of Allegiant Air’s strategy to connect smaller and mid-sized markets directly to popular vacation destinations through nonstop flights. The airline prioritizes avoiding major airline hubs when expanding its network to provide direct connections that cater to leisure travelers.

Existing Bases and Regional Connectivity

St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport serves as an established Allegiant operating base with multiple U.S. destinations, while Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport is another key location with a strong Allegiant presence. The new nonstop flights aim to enhance travel options from these airports and improve access to regional destinations.

This expansion coincides with Allegiant’s broader plan to introduce

11 new nonstop routes across its system, increasing nonstop flight availability for travelers nationally. These developments will give passengers additional direct routes from the Tampa Bay area beginning late 2026.
