Hyatt has launched Hyatt Vivid Cancun, an adults-only, all-inclusive resort in Cancun, Mexico, opening its doors in August 2026. The property joined Hyatt’s Vivid brand portfolio following a transition from the family-friendly Dreams Vista Cancun Golf & Spa Resort.

Accommodations and Room Features

The resort offers 416 rooms and suites, each with ocean views. Guests can select premium Vantage Club accommodations that include lounge access and dedicated concierge services to provide a tailored stay experience.

Dining and Beverage Offerings

Hyatt Vivid Cancun features seven restaurants and seven bars, presenting unlimited à la carte dining without the need for reservations and round-the-clock dining options. Beverage selections include unlimited natural

fruit juices, soft drinks, and both international and domestic top-shelf spirits.

Amenities and Leisure Facilities

The resort comprises three pools, two surf pools, an ocean-view spa, and an 18-hole golf course. Additional activities include padel and pickleball courts. The spa menu incorporates massages, facials, hydrotherapy, and locally inspired treatments such as a cacao ritual body wrap.

Cultural and Local Experiences

Guests can participate in cooking classes, tequila tastings, and art workshops that reflect the local culture, integrating destination-inspired experiences as part of their stay.

Located within the gated Puerta del Mar community, Hyatt Vivid Cancun overlooks the Caribbean Sea and Puerto Cancun marina. The resort is situated minutes

from Cancun International Airport (CUN) and the Hotel Zone tourist district, providing convenient access for travelers.

Nightly rates start at approximately $280 or 20,000 World of Hyatt points based on double occupancy. World of Hyatt members can redeem points to cover lodging, dining, beverages, and many resort activities.

Ana Tomicevic, Vice President of Global Brand for Hyatt Inclusive Collection, stated that “The Hyatt Vivid brand was created for travelers who want an all-inclusive experience that feels more flexible, more locally connected and more reflective of how they travel today. Hyatt Vivid Cancun builds on that vision by blending destination-inspired experiences,

effortless hospitality and a unique location that encourage guests to be fully present.” The resort is described as designed to balance movement, restoration, and social connection, inviting guests to embrace wellbeing on their own terms, according to The Points Guy.
