MGallery Collection, a boutique hotel portfolio under Accor, and Colossos SA, a leading family-owned hospitality company on Rhodes, signed an agreement to open the first MGallery Collection hotel in Rhodes, Greece. The adults-only resort is under construction in the Kallithea area and will welcome its first guests in Spring 2027.

Design and Accommodation Features

The resort architecture draws inspiration from Rhodes’ architectural heritage and the Medieval City, featuring a distinctive ten-storey main building with a spiral silhouette. MGallery Rhodes will have 222 guestrooms, suites, and private pool bungalows, all offering uninterrupted panoramic views of the Aegean Sea. The design emphasizes privacy, personalized hospitality, and

a sophisticated adults-only retreat atmosphere.

Dining and Wellness Amenities

Dining options include one fine dining venue and four specialty restaurants serving Mediterranean and international cuisines, all with sea views. Several bars will be on site, including a signature cocktail bar. Wellness facilities comprise a 1,100-square-meter spa with indoor and hydromassage pools, offering treatments developed in partnership with Swiss skincare brands Valmont and Swiss Perfection. Additional recreational amenities are an outdoor fitness center, exercise routes, tennis courts, and padel courts.

Sustainability and Strategic Significance

Colossos SA regards the project as a strategic investment reflecting its vision for quality, aesthetics, international partnerships, and distinctive experiences in Rhodes. The development supports

responsible growth and sustainable tourism through renewable energy investments and environmentally conscious practices. The resort’s landscape features native plants such as ancient olive trees, hibiscus, lavender, rosemary, myrtle, and oleanders, reinforcing its connection to the local natural environment. These initiatives also align with Accor’s sustainability commitments.

Brand Expansion and Market Position

MGallery Collection currently operates six hotels in Greece and has a global pipeline of 56 hotels. The brand focuses on destinations known for culture, coastline, and island experiences. The addition of MGallery Rhodes enhances the island’s status as a world-class destination and increases its international competitiveness. Maud Bailly, CEO of Sofitel Legend, Sofitel, MGallery

& Emblems, stated the resort captures Rhodes’ essence with inspiring architecture, a breathtaking seafront setting, a commitment to wellbeing, and authentic connections. A Colossos SA representative emphasized the project as an investment of high strategic importance, highlighting the collaboration with Accor and its international momentum that will help the hotel stand out in Greek and global markets.
