The World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) recently confirmed eight strategic priorities designed to advance growth and transformation in the global travel and tourism industry. These priorities received formal approval from the WTTC Executive Council in early June 2026.
Central to these priorities are efforts to promote sustainable development within the sector, strengthen its resilience against challenges, and improve the attraction of investment worldwide. The initiatives are intended to assist with ongoing recovery efforts and guide future expansion across the international travel and tourism landscape.
