United Airlines will start nonstop flights from San Francisco International Airport to Charleston, South Carolina; Hartford, Connecticut; and Oklahoma City on March 28, 2027. The route to Charleston will operate seasonally through November 30, 2027, while services to Hartford and Oklahoma City will run year-round. None of these three cities currently have nonstop service to San Francisco.
Seasonal Service Additions with Air Canada
In partnership with Air Canada, United will also introduce three previously announced seasonal routes in 2027. Daily service from Denver International Airport to Ottawa will run from April 29 to October 31, 2027. A Saturday-only seasonal flight between Denver and Quebec City will
operate from May 29 to October 30, 2027. Additionally, seasonal Saturday-only service between Newark Liberty International Airport and St. John’s will run from June 24 to September 7, 2027.
Tickets for all six new routes are now available for purchase.
Expanded Connectivity and Travel Options
These new nonstop flights from San Francisco offer travelers direct access to three destinations without existing nonstop service. The seasonal routes from Denver and Newark provide additional travel options during spring through fall 2027. United Airlines’ network expansion with Air Canada covers both domestic and international markets aiming to increase itinerary choices for travelers starting in early 2027, according to
