Several airlines have halted services to Okinawa’s Naha Airport in response to the advancing Typhoon Jangmi. This includes carriers such as Tigerair Taiwan, China Airlines, EVA Air, HK Express, and Japan Airlines, which suspended flights during late May and early June 2026 as precautionary measures.
These cancellations impacted international travel routes connecting Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, and neighboring countries. The disruptions have triggered widespread travel advisories prompting passengers to monitor flight statuses closely amid the peak typhoon season in East Asia.
