SunExpress Begins Almaty-Izmir Direct Flights on July 31, 2026

Turkish low-cost airline SunExpress will start operating regular direct flights between Almaty, Kazakhstan, and Izmir, Turkey from July 31, 2026, Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Transport confirmed.

Kazakhstan Expands Air Route Network

Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Transport announced the new international route to develop the country’s air transport connectivity. The ministry stated the launch aims to strengthen trade, economic, business, tourism, and cultural relations between Kazakhstan and Turkey.
