Royal Caribbean has halted its shore excursion offerings at the Costa Maya port in Mexico. The decision affects cruises scheduled in early June 2026, with passengers unable to take part in planned onshore activities.

These cancellations come as a result of ongoing labour protests at the Costa Maya port. The disruptions have impacted normal cruise operations, leading Royal Caribbean to suspend its excursion programs during the affected period.

As a consequence, cruise travelers visiting Costa Maya in early June are unable to participate in organized shore excursions. This measure remains in place while the labour situation persists at the port.
