Hilton, together with Valor Hospitality Partners and Umfolozi Hotel and Spa, publicly announced the development of a new hotel property on May 21, 2026. This collaboration introduces a fresh addition to Hilton’s expanding portfolio, reflecting ongoing partnerships within the hospitality sector.
Named the Umfolozi River Hotel, the new establishment will offer 102 guest rooms and is situated in the KwaZulu Natal region of South Africa. The project underscores the combined efforts of Hilton and Valor Hospitality Partners alongside the regional operator, Umfolozi Hotel and Spa.
