Constellation Hotels Holding Limited announced on September 2, 2026, the appointment of Neil Jacobs as Chief Executive Officer of its newly established luxury hospitality management business. This new entity will create a global brand to operate Constellation Hotels’ growing portfolio of hotels, resorts, and residences.
Portfolio Includes London Hotels and Upcoming International Developments
The portfolio includes iconic London hotels The Connaught, The Emory, and The Berkeley. Upcoming properties include the Saint-Germain hotel in Paris, a development in Marrakech, Morocco, and Hackwood Park, an English country estate. Hotels will retain their existing names and individual identities within the new collection. The new operating company will assume management of the
London portfolio once current management arrangements conclude, while Constellation Hotels remains the owner and long-term steward of the properties, responsible for investment and portfolio strategy.
Neil Jacobs’ Expertise in Luxury Hospitality
Neil Jacobs has previous experience as CEO of Six Senses, where he expanded the brand from eight to 27 properties and developed a robust pipeline of more than 30 additional projects. He is also founder of Wild Origins and held senior roles at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and Starwood Capital Group. His background spans operations, development, finance, and branding within luxury and lifestyle sectors.
Strategic Vision and Leadership Statements
Neil Jacobs said, “We’re in the rare position of forming
a new international collection with The Connaught, The Berkeley and The Emory as its foundations. Each has a distinct identity and loyal following. Our vision is to build from that strength and create something worthy of what comes next.” He added, “That starting point gives us the freedom to rethink what exceptional hotel environments can be. Beyond impeccable rooms and service, our focus will be on places with an energy you can feel as soon as you walk in. As hospitality and residential communities increasingly overlap, there is an opportunity to create a richer and more connected way of experiencing
them.” Gianluca Muzzi, CEO of Constellation Hotels, said, “Constellation’s ambition is to be a thoughtful, long-term steward of our exceptional portfolio of hotels. Establishing our own hospitality management business is an important step in that strategy, giving us the capability to invest in the properties themselves, as well as in the brand, people and operating platform that will support their enduring success.” He praised Jacobs as having “an innate sense of ‘what’s next’ in our industry,” making him uniquely suited to honor the portfolio’s legacy and shape its next chapter.
Managed Transition to Preserve Service Standards and Hotel Identities
The transition of management will be carefully managed to maintain
high service and experience standards. Hotels will maintain their individual branding and unique character as operations integrate under the new global brand by Constellation Hotels.
