Accor Group’s MGallery Collection and family-owned Colossos SA signed an agreement on 9 July 2026 to develop the first MGallery Collection hotel in Rhodes, Greece. The adults-only retreat is under construction in the Kallithea area, overlooking the Aegean Sea, with an opening scheduled for Spring 2027.

Hotel Design and Accommodation

The resort will feature 222 guestrooms, suites, and bungalows, including private pool units and 50 secluded pools distributed across the property. A ten-storey spiral silhouette main building is designed to provide uninterrupted panoramic views of the Aegean Sea from every room. The architecture emphasizes organic shapes and incorporates natural Mediterranean landscaping with ancient olive

trees, hibiscus, lavender, rosemary, myrtle, oleanders, and native Rhodes plants for a tranquil environment.

Wellness and Dining Facilities

The resort includes a 1,100 square-meter spa facility with indoor and hydromassage pools offering advanced beauty and wellness treatments in partnership with Swiss skincare brands Valmont and Swiss Perfection. Additional facilities comprise an outdoor fitness center, exercise routes through the landscaped grounds, tennis courts, and padel courts. Dining options feature one fine dining venue, four specialty restaurants serving Mediterranean and international cuisine with views of the sea, and several bars, including a signature cocktail bar.
