ITB Americas 2026 Secures 70% Expo Space, Attracts Buyers from 30+ Countries

ITB Americas 2026 Attracts Top Global Buyers in New York

ITB Americas 2026 will take place from November 10 to 12 in Guadalajara, Mexico, with 70% of its exhibition space already booked ahead of the event. The organizers expect the gathering to become the leading Pan-American B2B travel marketplace.

Global Buyer Participation and Profiles

The event’s Hosted Buyer Program has confirmed participation from highly qualified buyers representing more than 30 countries across all five continents. The program includes outbound travel agencies, tour operators, online travel agencies (OTAs), incentive travel agencies, travel advisors, corporate travel managers, group travel coordinators, FIT specialists, adventure and luxury travel organizers, among other travel industry professionals.

Premier Buyer Network Partners

The Premier Buyer Network, an

exclusive initiative linked to ITB Americas, supports the Hosted Buyer Program by connecting the event with high-caliber buyers through established industry organizations. Participants in the network include CATO (Canadian Association of Tour Operators), ATTA (Adventure Travel Trade Association), ASTA NY Metro Chapter, IGLTA, Expo Mayoristas, SITE Mexico, Evintra, AMDEMAC, ASTA Suncoast Metro Chapter, and GETLATAM.

ITB Americas Conference Offerings

Running alongside the exhibition, the ITB Americas Conference features over 40 sessions across six conference tracks and two stages. Topics addressed include artificial intelligence, distribution, destination competitiveness, aviation, sustainability, hospitality, luxury travel, and emerging technologies.

Attendance Expectations and Registration

The inaugural event anticipates more than 5,000 travel professionals, with

approximately 80% coming from the Americas and 20% from other international markets. Trade visitors can register now to participate in ITB Americas 2026.
