Germany has aligned with several countries, including the US, UK, Canada, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Uganda, in endorsing the World Travel & Tourism Council’s (WTTC) appeal for a composed and collective response to the recent Ebola health situation. This multinational support reflects a shared initiative to manage the health challenge responsibly.
The WTTC highlights the importance of maintaining a calm and well-coordinated approach to this localized Ebola outbreak. The aim is to minimize disruption and protect the ongoing recovery of global travel and tourism, while also preserving traveler confidence amid public health concerns.
