Disney Cruise Line will launch its new ship, Disney Believe, on December 18, 2027, departing from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The fourth ship in the Wish-class fleet, Disney Believe will open bookings to the public on October 19, 2026, at 8 a.m. Eastern Time. Pre-sale reservations begin October 12, 2026, for Pearl Castaway Club members, followed by other membership groups through October 15.

Itineraries and Ports of Call

Disney Believe will operate four- and five-night sailings from Fort Lauderdale through the Caribbean and Bahamas. Routes include stops at Nassau, Cozumel, Disney Castaway Cay, and Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point, both Disney private

islands. The inaugural season comprises 29 cruises scheduled through May 2028.

Grand Hall and Story Sea-kers Theme

The ship’s central meeting point, the Grand Hall, features a ‘Moana’ theme with a statue of Moana alongside Pua and Heihei. Design elements incorporate Pacific Islands influences and ocean motifs, including a bioluminescent-colored carpet and a chandelier inspired by the sea’s movement with the Heart of Te Fiti. Two new Story Sea-kers characters, Percival—a scholar and stargazer—and Professor Philomena—a plant-ologist and nature empath—appear throughout the ship. Fiber optic ceiling constellation lighting will enhance character encounters in the Grand Hall.

New Entertainment Venues

Disney Believe introduces several new venues: Sea Notes, an iridescent

piano lounge inspired by ‘The Little Mermaid’ featuring a pearlescent piano and themed cocktails; Wishing Well, a live music lounge modeled after ‘Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs’ with a castle courtyard atmosphere; and Skygazers, an observatory-themed pub offering craft brews, cocktails, and light bites amid astronomical décor. Gazelle, a multi-purpose entertainment venue inspired by ‘Zootopia,’ will provide family programming by day and adult-only entertainment by night.

Dining Options and Adult Facilities

Dining aboard Disney Believe features Oaken’s Table: A Frozen Family Feast, a new themed experience with characters Oaken, Anna, Kristoff, and musical performances by Oaken’s cousins in a summer forest courtyard setting. Adult-only

areas include the Quiet Cove infinity pool retreat, Palo Steakhouse, and Enchanté, a fine dining venue by Chef Arnaud Lallement.

Headline Entertainment

Disney Believe will host the first-ever cruise ship live adaptation of Disney’s Oscar-winning ‘Encanto’ musical, featuring original songs by Lin-Manuel Miranda such as ‘We Don’t Talk About Bruno’ and ‘Surface Pressure.’ Additional stage productions include a revamped ‘Tangled: The Musical’ with new sets and special effects exclusive to the ship, and ‘Disney Seas the Adventure,’ a family-friendly show with Disney and Pixar characters.

Accommodations and Suites

The ship offers over 450 connecting doors between staterooms, with 70% of accommodations featuring verandahs. Premium lodging

includes four royal suites and the nearly 2,000-square-foot Believe Tower Suite, designed to accommodate up to eight guests.

Returning Features from Previous Wish-Class Ships

Popular venues returning on Disney Believe include the AquaMouse water attraction, Haunted Mansion Parlor bar, and fine dining at Palo Steakhouse and Enchanté. These staples continue Disney Cruise Line’s practice of blending new experiences with familiar favorites across its Wish-class fleet.
