Delhi National Capital Region (NCR) is projected to launch around 6,000 new luxury hotel rooms by 2030, according to estimates from Noesis Hotel Advisors. This forecast highlights substantial growth in the luxury hospitality sector across Delhi NCR.
Major hotel developments planned include a new Taj hotel and Marriott Marquis near Delhi airport, along with a 200-room W hotel in the same vicinity. Additionally, new Grand Hyatt and ITC Hotels are slated for construction adjacent to Yashobhoomi in Delhi NCR.
