The Philippines showcased its tourism destinations and culture at ITB Asia 2026 in Singapore from 21 to 23 October. The event featured a delegation led by the Tourism Promotions Board Philippines with 24 co-exhibitors.

The ITB Americas Conference 2026 convened over 90 speakers across 40 sessions at Expo Guadalajara to address travel trends and policy in the Americas. Keynotes highlighted Mexico’s tourism model, the rise of Chinese travelers, and inclusive tourism for LGBTQ+ visitors.

The FAA issued a ground stop for inbound flights at Phoenix Sky Harbor from 11 a.m. to noon on October 30, causing widespread delays. Departure flights experienced an average delay of 60 minutes, with several cancellations reported.
