Nobu announced it will open its first Puerto Rico hotel and restaurant in San Juan in 2028. The 50-room property will feature Nobu’s signature dining, rooftop lounge, and cultural experiences.

Choice Hotels International has opened six new hotels in its upscale Cambria and Ascend Collection brands, bringing its U.S. upscale portfolio beyond 300 locations. These properties span Colorado, Florida, Vermont, and Wisconsin, offering enhanced amenities and local experiences.

Singapore's GIC has acquired 16 Marriott-operated hotels in Japan for about $800 million. The portfolio was previously owned by funds managed by KKR.
