Marjan Hospitality will refurbish over 600 rooms at Rixos Al Mairid and Pullman Resort Al Marjan Island starting October 2026. Rixos Al Mairid will reopen in December 2026; Pullman transitions to adults-only and reopens in Q2 2027.

Nobu Hospitality plans to open a 50-room luxury hotel in San Juan, Puerto Rico by 2028 in partnership with KTT. The hotel will feature a signature Nobu restaurant and rooftop bar.

Hilton opened its first Curio Collection resort in Hawaii, Hale Hōkūala Kauaʻi, in early October 2026 with 210 rooms and 23 suites. The Kauaʻi property features ocean views, local cultural programs, and diverse amenities.
