Budget airline Allegiant Air announced it will begin operating nine new nonstop domestic flights starting in early 2027. Seven of these new routes are seasonal, targeting peak spring travel destinations, including Florida airports, with fares starting as low as $49 for bookings made within a limited period.

Scheduled Routes and Dates

The only year-round new route launches on February 12, 2027, connecting Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport with Orlando Sanford International Airport. Additionally, Allegiant will operate a seasonal route between Grand Forks International Airport and Orlando Sanford International Airport from February 10 to April 17, 2027. The remaining seven routes are also seasonal but their

specific start dates and frequencies have not been disclosed.

Passenger Impact and Fare Details

Passengers will benefit from increased nonstop flight options across nine domestic routes starting in 2027. The expansion includes affordable fares that may be as low as $49 if booked early. Most of the seasonal routes are scheduled to accommodate high-demand periods such as spring break, providing additional travel flexibility during peak seasons.

Travel Context and Network Expansion

Allegiant Air’s network growth seeks to improve access to popular leisure destinations, especially in Florida. The added nonstop flights to Orlando-area airports improve travel convenience for passengers, including those planning trips to attractions like Disney World. This expansion aligns

with Allegiant’s strategy to make flying to sunny destinations more affordable and accessible.
