Ticket sales for ITB Berlin 2027 have begun earlier than any prior year. The event will take place in Berlin from March 16 to March 18, 2027, bringing together leading professionals from the international travel industry.
The launch of the new ITB Orange Pass marks a premium tier entry for the first time, limited to 300 tickets. This pass includes enhanced features for comfort, networking, and unique experiences designed to maximize the business potential of visitors during the event.
Early Bird pricing is available until January 14, 2027. Regular trade visitor tickets cost €75 during the Early Bird window, rising
to €85 after, while the ITB Orange Pass is priced at €299 Early Bird, increasing to €399 regular price. Student unlimited passes are available at €46 Early Bird, and day passes start at €35 for students. Tickets can be purchased through the official ITB Berlin Ticket Shop.
Standard trade visitor tickets grant access to both ITB Berlin and the ITB Berlin Convention, which includes guided tours and networking opportunities. These tickets also provide access to the ITB Navigator digital platform for pre-event planning, enabling visitors to arrange meetings and target contacts ahead of the show.
The ITB Orange Pass extends
these benefits by allowing early entry at 9 a.m. through fast track lanes at the north and south entrances. Holders gain access to an exclusive lounge located in Hall 7.2b, personalized information services, and a complimentary meeting slot at the Business Satellite. Additional perks include reserved seating at the convention, daily cloakroom service for one item of clothing and one luggage piece, refreshment vouchers, an ITB Orange Pass goodie bag, and access to the Berlin Radio Tower viewing platform.
An added feature of the ITB Orange Pass is a 4-day Berlin WelcomeCard provided in partnership with visitBerlin. This card covers
public transport across fare zones ABC and offers over 170 discounts at local museums, attractions, shops, and restaurants.
Deborah Perlitz, Director of ITB Berlin, drew attention to the Orange Pass as an expansion of the ticket offering meant to increase efficiency, convenience, and face-to-face business interactions. The 2027 edition operates under the slogan ‘Travel & Tourism in Motion,’ reflecting the sector’s dynamic development and emerging trends shaping the future of travel.
