The Knox, Auberge Collection, a new luxury hotel and residential development located in Dallas’s Knox Street neighborhood adjacent to the 3.5-mile Katy Trail, has opened reservations for stays beginning January 29, 2027. The property serves as the hospitality anchor for a large commercial and residential redevelopment of the Knox Street area.

Hotel Capacity and Pricing

The property includes 140 guest rooms and suites along with 48 private residences. Overnight rates start at $1,000. Available accommodations range from standard rooms and suites to multi-bedroom residences designed for longer stays, offering a variety of living spaces.

Design and Interiors

Public interiors and guest accommodations were designed by Martin Brudnizki

Dining, Wellness, and Event Facilities

The Knox offers four dining venues: a signature American restaurant, an indoor-outdoor salon, an evening cocktail lounge, and a poolside dining area with views of the Dallas skyline. On-site wellness amenities include a Well-being by Auberge facility providing skin therapies, thermal baths, and recovery treatments. Event spaces include the Colonnade Room ballroom with floor-to-ceiling windows and terrace, The Gallery pre-function art-lined area,

Knox Parlour Rooms, and a private dining Trophy Room.

Development Partnership and Neighborhood Impact

The project is a collaboration among BDT & MSD Partners, Trammell Crow Company, the Owners of Highland Park Village, and The Retail Connection. The Knox is designed to integrate into the Knox Street neighborhood and contribute to its commercial and residential revitalization, linking directly to the nearby Katy Trail recreational corridor.

Executive Statements and Vision

Rick Fidel, regional vice president and general manager of The Knox, expressed enthusiasm about introducing new luxury hospitality to Dallas, highlighting the hotel as a gathering place that combines hospitality with dining, wellness, and design. Christian Clerc, president and CEO

of Auberge Collection, called the property an exciting development in the company’s growth and praised its celebration of Dallas’s character. Sabrina Gleizer from BDT & MSD Partners said the intention was to create a place distinctly connected to Dallas and the Knox Street community.

Auberge Collection Expansion

The Knox represents Auberge Collection’s expansion into major metropolitan markets. The company plans to continue global growth with the upcoming opening of Cambridge House in London’s Mayfair neighborhood in 2027.
