WTM London 2026, scheduled from November 3 to 5 at Excel London, will provide travel agents with complimentary access to all three days through official partnerships with TTG and Travel Gossip. This initiative aims to maintain trade participation amid the event’s introduction of paid general visitor tickets.

For the first time in 2026, WTM London implemented paid tickets for general visitors, priced at £79 during advance booking and £99 for on-site registration. Travel agents, however, must register exclusively via TTG or Travel Gossip’s designated programs to qualify for free admission and arrange their badges prior to attendance.

The event will

debut the TTG Discovery Session on November 5, marking 15 years of collaboration between TTG and WTM London. Over 100 travel agents are expected to take part in this session, which includes specialized training, networking, and engagement with tourism suppliers. Attendees will receive findings from the inaugural TTG Destination Report based on booking data collected from the travel agent community, highlighting anticipated travel trends for 2027.

On November 4, Travel Gossip will hold a separate gathering for travel agents. Details on participation for this event will be provided ahead of the exhibition. Both sessions offer travel agents targeted networking opportunities

within the WTM London framework.

The broader WTM London 2026 conference program features discussions on packaged holidays, luxury travel, family tourism, wellness, adventure travel, younger travelers, and sustainability. ABTA will contribute insight on the UK outbound travel market. Notable speakers include broadcaster Michael Palin and comedian Phil Wang.

Chris Carter-Chapman, WTM London’s Event Director, highlighted the significance of travel agents throughout the event’s 46-year history and noted the new partnerships are designed to strengthen their presence as WTM London builds upon its record attendance in 2025.

WTM London 2026 will operate from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on November 3

and 4, and from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on November 5. The event introduces a dedicated Travel Tech exhibition area alongside its traditional marketplace and conference. All attendees must be registered industry visitors with badges arranged in advance; travel agents seeking complimentary entry must register through TTG or Travel Gossip.

In 2025, WTM London attracted approximately 46,500 attendees, including more than 5,500 travel buyers, and facilitated over 40,000 business meetings via its ConnectMe platform. WTM London 2026 aims to continue this growth with enhanced trade engagement frameworks.
