Dubai luxury hotels are introducing additional guest perks and exclusive resident offers during 2026 to uphold published room rates amid ongoing weak international demand attributed to the U.S.-Iran war. This strategy aims to balance revenue protection with occupancy in a challenging market.

Atlantis Dubai’s Rate Strategy and Resident Incentives

Atlantis Dubai has sustained its published room rate integrity throughout 2026 while supplementing its offerings with value-added incentives. Kyp Charalambous, vice president of sales at Atlantis Dubai, said the hotel has provided UAE residents with benefits such as resort credit, complimentary room upgrades, and other perks conditional on multi-night stays, all without lowering base room rates.
