Carnival Cruise Line has launched a new U.S. destination port that was previously served by Royal Caribbean. This new port expands Carnival’s itinerary options within the United States, filling a gap left by Royal Caribbean’s recent service discontinuation at the same location.

In early October 2026, the announcement confirmed that Royal Caribbean has ended its operations at this U.S. port. Carnival’s move provides travelers with an alternative cruise route to a U.S. destination that was recently removed from Royal Caribbean’s offerings.
