Frasers Hospitality, a unit of Frasers Property Limited, has launched Fraser Suites Reserve, a new luxury serviced living brand targeting sophisticated global travellers who seek privacy, home-like comfort, and premium hospitality service. Frasers Property Limited is a Singapore-headquartered integrated investor-developer-operator with total assets of approximately S$40.0 billion as of March 31, 2026.

Fraser Suites Reserve Bangkok Set for December 2026 Opening

The inaugural Fraser Suites Reserve property will be Fraser Suites Reserve Bangkok, occupying the top ten floors of a 45-storey office and retail tower at One Bangkok, positioned at the intersection of Rama IV Road and Wireless Road. The 255-room property will offer panoramic views of the Bangkok

skyline and the Chao Phraya River. It will begin a phased guest opening in December 2026, with a full grand opening scheduled for March 2027.

Room Features, Service, and Guest Facilities

Fraser Suites Reserve rooms are designed as private sanctuaries, emphasising calm and seclusion with integrated kitchenettes to support longer stays and independent routines. The brand extends Frasers Hospitality’s expertise in extended stays and high-end hospitality by combining intuitive, discreet service with luxury. Guest amenities include distinctive dining options, leisure and wellness facilities, and Club Frasers, a private lounge for curated social experiences.

Wellness Focus Through Proprietary Programmes

Wellbeing is central to the Fraser Suites Reserve experience. Fraser Suites Reserve Bangkok

will feature the House of Rejuvenation, a wellness facility offering therapist-led treatments and advanced therapies including thermal pools, cold plunges, compression therapy, dry flotation, and red-light therapy. Guests will also have access to The Wellness Edit, Frasers Hospitality’s proprietary global wellness programme that integrates simple wellness rituals into the guest experience to sustain wellbeing during travel.
