Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced the opening of Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana, marking the debut of the Hyatt Vivid Hotels & Resorts brand in the Dominican Republic. The adults-only, all-inclusive resort is located along the shores of Cabeza de Toro in Punta Cana and offers 467 guestrooms and suites.
Resort Accommodations and Amenities
Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana features five à la carte restaurants, an international food hall, a bar and grill, seven bars and lounges, including a hidden speakeasy. The resort includes the Zenda Wellness Café focusing on fresh, nourishing cuisine. Developed in partnership with Grupo Anacaona, the resort incorporates natural textures and warm tones,
reflecting the coastal heritage of Punta Cana.
Programming and Wellness Offerings
The resort centers its programming around three pillars: flow (wellness and movement), discovery (cultural immersion), and presence (mindfulness and relaxation). Signature experiences include Wave Hello to Wellness paddleboard yoga, Wellness Brew Sessions with Dominican coffee, the Dominican Ritual Collection at Zenda Spa which offers treatments inspired by local botanicals and traditions, creative workshops like Paint Your Way In, Dominican Art Murals, Local Tuk Tuk Moments, and Starry Night stargazing. Wellness amenities comprise the Zenda Spa, indoor and outdoor fitness spaces, padel and pickleball courts, functional training areas, yoga and mindfulness programming, and recovery-focused
wellness experiences.
Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection and Regional Expansion
Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana is part of Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection portfolio, which includes more than 150 resorts and nearly 58,000 rooms worldwide. Prior to this opening, Hyatt operated 30 Inclusive Collection resorts with over 16,000 rooms in the Dominican Republic. Additional all-inclusive resorts planned in the country are Secrets Macao Beach Punta Cana opening in 2026, and Hyatt Ziva Punta Cana scheduled for 2029.
