Disney Cruise Line will resume sailings from New York City in fall 2027, deploying the Disney Wish for seven voyages starting late September. The return follows the ship’s inaugural season in Europe and marks a continued Disney presence in a top northeastern U.S. port.
The seven cruises from New York will range from four to seven nights. Early reservations open August 31, 2026, for Disney Cruise Line Castaway Club members, with public bookings beginning September 8, 2026.
New York Itineraries Include Bermuda, New England, and Canadian Ports
Destinations on these sailings include Bermuda, New England, and Canada’s Atlantic coastline. Five cruises will visit Bermuda, with three featuring extended stays for
more thorough exploration. The Disney Wish will also call on Boston, Massachusetts; St. John, New Brunswick; and Halifax, Nova Scotia. These voyages align with the autumn season, highlighting fall foliage and seasonal scenery in the region.
Disney Leadership Emphasizes Commitment to Family Vacations
Tracy Wilson, senior vice president and general manager of Disney Cruise Line Operations, indicated the New York return demonstrates Disney’s dedication to expanding family vacation options and delivering memorable guest experiences. New York is among Disney Cruise Line’s favored departure ports, especially appealing to travelers from the Northeast.
A special five-night itinerary departing New York also is planned, sailing to San Juan, Puerto Rico,
with a stopover in Bermuda. This route integrates with Disney Cruise Line’s seasonal cruise offerings and broadens vacation possibilities from New York City.
