IHG Hotels & Resorts has finalized an agreement to acquire 14 hotels in Kyoto from GCP Hospitality. The transaction increases IHG’s footprint in the Japanese market.
GCP Hospitality, the hospitality division of Gaw Capital Group, is the seller of the portfolio. The deal involves a total of 14 properties in Kyoto, marking a significant expansion for IHG in the region.
