The property, previously Dreams Vista Cancun Golf & Spa Resort, now operates as an adults-only all-inclusive resort within the Hyatt Vivid portfolio. It is located within the gated Puerta del Mar community, overlooking the Caribbean Sea and Puerto Cancun marina, and sits minutes from Cancun International Airport (CUN) and the Hotel Zone tourist district.

The resort features 416 rooms and suites, all with ocean views. Among the accommodations, upgraded Vantage Club room types provide premium benefits including dedicated concierge service and access to a private
lounge. This upgrade aims to offer visitors a more personalized stay experience at Hyatt Vivid Cancun.

Hyatt Vivid Cancun offers seven restaurants serving diverse cuisines such as Mediterranean fusion, contemporary pan-Asian, and Italian. The property also includes seven bars.
