Throughout the year, Aiden opened new locations across Asia-Pacific, North America, and Europe, while maintaining a development pipeline of more than 20 hotels worldwide. Recent 2026 Openings Across Key Global Cities
In January 2026, Aiden by Best Western Velbert opened in Germany, showcasing local community character through contemporary design. The brand’s debut in Thailand came with the May 2026 opening of Aiden Surawong
Bangkok, which features 77 rooms inspired by the city’s creative energy, targeting modern urban travelers. The same month, Aiden by Best Western Sacramento Downtown launched in California’s capital, reflecting Sacramento’s cultural creativity. In June 2026, Aiden by Best Western Kansas City Downtown opened in Missouri, drawing design cues from Kansas City’s dynamic creative scene and culinary culture.
Upcoming Development and Features Through 2027
Plans for additional openings include Aiden Denver and Aiden Tempe, both scheduled for fall 2026. Aiden Denver will be located in the RiNo district and will include Rooftop Social, a rooftop venue offering food, drinks, and views of Denver’s skyline. Aiden Tempe will
feature a redesigned lobby, revamped rooftop space, and Burnt Flour, a wood-fired pizza restaurant. Also set to open in fall 2026 is Aiden Toronto Airport, marking the brand’s entry into Canada with 145 rooms housed in a converted office building, offering amenities for both business and leisure travelers. Rounding out the pipeline is Aiden Pullman in Washington, opening summer 2027, which will provide panoramic views near Washington State University and downtown Pullman, blending Northwest charm with accessibility.
‘Art Welcomes You In’ Initiative Extends to Denver
Aiden Sacramento launched the ‘Art Welcomes You In’ program featuring a 55-foot mural by California artist John Osgood that embodies the neighborhood’s culture
and creativity. This initiative will expand to Aiden Denver, where commissioned local artists will create permanent artworks reflecting the surrounding community’s identity. The program highlights Aiden’s commitment to combining local art installations with design-driven hospitality.
