UNICO Hotel Collection has opened reservations as of August 10, 2026, for UNICO 18˚77˚ Montego Bay, its first resort in Jamaica and first expansion beyond Mexico. The adults-only, all-inclusive resort will open March 1, 2027.

Situated along the coast of Montego Bay, Jamaica, UNICO 18˚77˚ Montego Bay has 451 guest rooms and suites, with nearly all featuring ocean views and private outdoor spa tubs. The resort hosts nine restaurants and bars, four pools, and the largest Esencia Wellness Spa in the UNICO portfolio with 32 treatment rooms.

The resort’s design celebrates Jamaica’s culture, creativity, culinary heritage, and natural environment. It
integrates locally commissioned artwork and wellness offerings inspired by the destination, showcasing Jamaican flavors, coffee experiences, and curated programs to reflect local traditions authentically.

UNICO 18˚77˚ Montego Bay offers personalized Local Host service for arranging dining, spa treatments, golf outings, and excursions. Wellness amenities include hydrotherapy, movement classes, beauty services, restorative treatments, a fitness center, pickleball courts, and access to Montego Bay’s golf courses.
Cultural programming includes live music, local spirits tastings, artisanal workshops, chef-led culinary experiences, and outdoor wellness activities.
