The ownership of the Hyatt Regency Savannah, a 351-room hotel located on Bay Street in Savannah, Georgia, has transferred to a partnership between Certares Real Estate Management and Clearview Hotel Capital LLC.

Certares Real Estate Management, focusing on investing in high-quality hospitality assets in high-demand locations, acquired the hotel as part of its strategy to target strong, well-located hotels in growing markets with diverse demand drivers from both leisure and business sectors. Nolan Hecht, Senior Managing Director of Certares, stated, “The Hyatt Regency Savannah exemplifies our strategy of investing in strong, well-located hotels in growing markets.” Savannah is one of

the fastest-growing hospitality markets in the United States, boosted by significant business infrastructure build-out and leisure investments such as the Historic District.

Clearview Hotel Capital LLC, an experienced hotel owner in Savannah, partnered in the acquisition. The new ownership plans to make guest room and guest-facing improvements at the Hyatt Regency Savannah to enhance the property’s appeal.
