The Hyatt Regency Savannah, a 351-room hotel located on Bay Street in Savannah, Georgia, has changed ownership. The hotel was acquired by Certares Real Estate Management and Clearview Hotel Capital LLC, with the transaction finalized by July 30, 2026.
