Radisson Hotel Group signed agreements for 10 new hotels across seven Indian states during the second week of July 2026, accelerating its expansion in the country through an asset-light development model centered on franchise and management contracts.
Radisson Expands Across Business, Leisure, Pilgrimage and Tourism Markets
The newly signed properties cover six Radisson brands: Radisson Blu, Radisson, Park Inn by Radisson, Park Inn & Suites by Radisson, Radisson Individuals Premier, and Radisson Individuals Retreats. The group targeted business hubs, leisure destinations, pilgrimage sites, and emerging tourism corridors to diversify its Indian footprint.
New Hotel Properties and Room Counts
The agreements include Radisson Hotel Tirupati with 115 rooms and Park Inn & Suites by Radisson Mathura
Vrindavan offering 87 rooms, strengthening presence in religious tourism hotspots. In Bengaluru, Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Bengaluru has 150 rooms, Park Inn by Radisson Electronic City features 112 rooms, and Lavish Hotel Bengaluru under Radisson Individuals Premier brings 113 rooms geared toward business travelers.
Leisure market expansions include Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Jawai with 200 rooms in Rajasthan and Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa Vadodara providing 155 rooms in Gujarat. Jungle Home Resort Tadoba, part of Radisson Individuals Retreats, marks Radisson’s first internationally branded property near Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve. Additional new signings encompass Park Inn & Suites
by Radisson Nainital and Park Inn & Suites by Radisson Kalaburagi.
Radisson’s Portfolio in India Surpasses 225 Hotels with Focus on Tier-II and Tier-III Cities
With these recent signings, Radisson Hotel Group’s hotel portfolio in India now exceeds 225 properties across operation and development. More than half of these assets are located in Tier-II and Tier-III cities, reflecting a strategy to expand beyond metropolitan centers into emerging markets.
