Typhoon Jangmi has resulted in significant transport disruptions across eastern Japan, with many flights canceled or delayed at Tokyo’s major airports, Haneda and Narita. Several airlines, including Vietnam Airlines, Vietjet Air, Japan Airlines, and ANA, suspended flights along the Hanoi to Tokyo route in response to the severe weather conditions.

Rail services throughout eastern Japan also experienced interruptions due to the storm, affecting travelers dependent on these networks for regional transit. Gradual recovery efforts have been initiated, with both flight and rail operations beginning to resume amid continuing challenges posed by the storm’s aftermath.
