Storm Jangmi has resulted in significant flight disruptions across Japan, with Japan Airlines and ANA Wings cancelling a combined total of over 1,400 flights. In addition, around 800 flights have experienced delays, causing widespread interruptions to air travel.
These disruptions have affected multiple key airports including Tokyo, Narita, Nagoya, Osaka, Okinawa, Fukuoka, Kagoshima, and Miyazaki. Furthermore, Vietnam Airlines and Vietjet Air have suspended flights between Hanoi and Tokyo, impacting routes to both Haneda and Narita airports.
