WTM London 2026 will offer free admission for travel agents who register through its partnerships with TTG and Travel Gossip. This arrangement provides travel agents complimentary entry for all three days of the exhibition from November 3 to 5, 2026, at Excel London. The offer addresses the event’s introduction of paid general visitor tickets, priced at £79 for advance purchase and £99 on-site.
WTM London 2026 Dates, Venue, and Schedule
The exhibition is scheduled from November 3 to 5, 2026, at Excel London, with opening hours from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on the first two days and until 5 p.m. on the final day. The TTG
Discovery Session, a new training and networking initiative for travel agents, will take place on November 5 during WTM London.
Attendance Figures and TTG Discovery Session Participation
WTM London saw approximately 46,500 attendees in 2025, including over 5,500 travel buyers. The event facilitated more than 40,000 business meetings via its ConnectMe platform. The TTG Discovery Session is expected to attract over 100 travel agents to participate in focused training, networking, and supplier discussions.
TTG Destination Report and Travel Agent Research
The TTG Discovery Session will feature the inaugural TTG Destination Report, which analyzes travel agent booking trends to forecast destination demand and holiday preferences for 2027. This research is sourced from TTG’s travel agent
audience, who are invited to contribute booking data. The report’s findings will be presented during the session but have not been publicly released yet.
Broader Conference Offerings and Event Enhancements
In addition to travel agent-specific events, WTM London 2026 will offer a wide-ranging conference program covering package holidays, luxury travel, family vacations, wellness, adventure tourism, younger travelers, and sustainability. A dedicated Travel Tech exhibition area will also debut in 2026. Travel agents attending WTM London have access to this broader program and industry discussions, including sessions with ABTA, the British travel trade association.
Event Director Statement and Historical Context
Chris Carter-Chapman, Event Director of WTM London, highlighted the longstanding role of travel
agents in the exhibition’s 46-year history. He emphasized that the new partnerships with TTG and Travel Gossip aim to strengthen agent participation as WTM London builds on its record attendance in 2025.
Registration and Admission Requirements for Travel Agents
Admission to WTM London 2026 is limited to registered industry visitors who must obtain badges in advance. Travel agents seeking free entry must register specifically through TTG or Travel Gossip partner channels, as free access is not automatic. These arrangements are separate from general visitor tickets, which are now paid.
