WTM London 2026 will provide free admission for travel agents through partnerships with TTG and Travel Gossip for all three days from November 3 to 5 at Excel London. The free entry offer applies despite the introduction of paid tickets for general visitors, priced at £79 during advance booking and £99 during the event.
Travel agents must register specifically via the TTG or Travel Gossip partner programs to qualify for complimentary access. Free admission is not automatic and requires advance registration through these channels. Attendees must also obtain badges prior to arrival, as WTM London restricts entry to registered industry
visitors only.
TTG Discovery Session and Research Report Release
The event will feature the first-ever TTG Discovery Session on November 5, 2026, expecting participation from over 100 travel agents. This session offers curated training, networking, and discussions with tourism suppliers and destinations. Attendees will receive early insights from the inaugural TTG Destination Report, which analyzes emerging travel trends and booking patterns for 2027 based on TTG’s travel agent data. Participants can contribute their own booking information to support this research.
Travel Gossip Gathering and Conference Highlights
On November 4, Travel Gossip will host a separate gathering for travel agents, with further details to be announced before the event. WTM London’s broader conference program
includes sessions on package holidays, luxury and family travel, wellness, adventure tourism, younger travelers, and sustainability. Among featured speakers are broadcaster Michael Palin and comedian Phil Wang. ABTA will also present a discussion focusing on the UK outbound travel market.

Travel Agents’ Role and Partnership Significance
Chris Carter-Chapman, Event Director of WTM London, noted that travel agents have been central to the exhibition over its 46-year history. He emphasized that the renewed partnerships with TTG and Travel Gossip will enhance travel agents’ participation as the event builds on its record attendance in 2025. The initiative also marks the 15th anniversary of the collaboration between TTG and WTM London.
