As of 4 p.m. Eastern Time on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, WestJet had cancelled 16 flights scheduled for that day. This is a significant decrease from Monday, August 3, 2026, when the airline cancelled over 300 flights, equating to approximately 62% of all scheduled flights.

WestJet continues to ramp up operations following the strike, but the airline has stated that
