Severe weather conditions brought by Typhoon Jangmi have triggered a large number of flight cancellations at two of Japan’s major airports, Tokyo and Osaka. The disruption has caused significant interruptions in air travel operations within this key East Asian region.

More than 60,000 travelers have been directly affected by the cancellations, which extend beyond Japan to include neighboring travel markets such as South Korea, China, and Taiwan. These widespread travel disruptions have necessitated that passengers monitor their flight status closely and prepare for possible delays or alternative arrangements.
